For Immediate Release: 6th March 2023. London, UK.
FlexMR has hired three new members of staff and promoted five to support the restructuring of operational teams and the continued growth of the business.
Following the firm’s most successful year to date, and the appointment of former Market Research Society (MRS) and AURA Chairman Danny Russell as Non-Executive Advisor, FlexMR has announced a wave of promotions and the expansion of several teams. These changes support a wider restructuring of the FlexMR research team and will enable the company to continue delivering a top-quality service to all clients as it grows.
This quarter, FlexMR has added three new staff to the team and made five key promotions. Melissa Martinez has joined as a Research Executive, Joanna Gray as a Product Consultant, and Hannah Battersby as an Onboarding and Research Executive. Maria Twigge has been promoted to Chief Sales Officer, Harriet Walton to Insight Manager, Sophie Grieve-Williams to Design Manager, Emily James to Content Manager, and David Seed to Senior Research Executive.
The FlexMR Research department has been split into two dedicated teams that will be led by the company’s Insight Managers, Harriet Walton and Dr Matthew Farmer, under the direction of Head of Insight, Charlotte Duff.
Harriet Walton, Insight Manager at FlexMR, states, “I am excited to begin my new role as an Insight Manager and continue my journey in market research. With our research team now working in two sub-teams, the opportunity to oversee my own team of amazing Research Executives is a challenge I can’t wait to throw myself into.”
Dr Matthew Farmer, FlexMR Insight Manager added, “It's been great to see Harriet and David excelling in their roles within the research team and I'm very pleased to celebrate their promotions. They will both continue to be valuable assets to the research team going forward as we look to restructure how our teams can best deliver insight. I'm looking forward to the opportunities of working more closely in partnership with our clients on future research.”
This new structure will enable each team to work with a dedicated set of clients, offering closer partnerships and a greater level of expertise. As the FlexMR team expands, it is a natural evolution in order to ensure the company is able to continue delivering the service and support for which it is known.
FlexMR’s Head of People and Culture, Gareth Bowden celebrates the changes saying "I'm delighted to be able to reward the hard work and skill of many members of staff with well-deserved promotions, and to welcome so many new people into the company across all teams. Especially with Matthew and Harriet as Insight Managers now heading up sub-teams, we are able to provide clients with even greater account focus. Our company really is going from strength to strength and it's great to see."
