FlexMR are thrilled to announce that three of our insight experts from the FlexMR Research Team have been named as Greenbook GRIT Future List Finalists for 2024. Insight Managers, Matthew Farmer and Harriet Walton, and Research Executive, Lily Nawara, were nominated for their outstanding contributions to the market research industry and client stakeholders.
This year, over 250 exceptional insights professionals were nominated. From this impressive group, 72 finalists have been chosen, including our own Matthew, Harriet and Lily. Each finalist has demonstrated remarkable leadership and potential within their first decade in the market research and consumer insights industry.
In its sixth year, the Greenbook Future List is an esteemed honour that recognizes leadership, professional growth, personal integrity, passion, contributions to the industry, and excellence of insights professionals who are within the first 10 years of their careers. Its Honourees are defining the future of market research and consumer insights — creating trailblazing technology, championing innovation, mentoring and setting examples for their colleagues, and laying the foundation to change the world of insights as we know it, for the better.
Harriet, Matthew and Lily have all made strides in the last year alone both in the company and in the insights industry. Their dedication to crafting impactful research experiences, creating incredible connections with stakeholders, developing both individually and as a team, and championing innovation is prominent in their daily work.
Matthew’s contributions to the industry come from his greatest strengths: empathy for the participants, thoroughness in overall project planning, execution and delivery, and attention to detail to ensure no stone is unturned when looking to gain the depth and breadth of insight that clients are looking for. Matthew is dedicated to making sure his participants feel valued and comfortable, that his clients are confident and secure that he delivers the insights needed to empower their decisions, and that other members of the team know they can rely on him.
Harriet’s nomination is similarly rooted in her ability to conduct impactful research that empowers stakeholders to create long-term and wide-ranging change for the better. Her stakeholders can be confident that Harriet is generating crucial insights that not only meet the brief but also unlock opportunities and guide strategies towards success. Harriet also takes the time to mentor her team to ensure they acquire the skills needed and feel joy in their work even through stressful times.
Lily has established herself as an outstanding researcher, with passion for insights activation and a knack for making market research projects easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. From consistently textbook debriefs with friendly and open environments, consistently demonstrating great knowledge of the data and story with all client stakeholders, and her ability to draw those stakeholders into active discussions continuously throughout the research experience, Lily has proven that she will go far in the insights industry.
All three of our GRIT List finalists have been justly recognised as insight leaders to watch. As the judging process to select the final 20 Honourees begins, we are celebrating our three finalists in true FlexMR fashion. Their contributions are not only shaping the future of our field but are also laying the groundwork for transformative change in the world of insights.
