Report CardMR Interactive Demo
The ultimate hybrid qual & quant feedback mechanism, Report CardMR allows you to harness a variety of question types and response formats to create engaging feedback cards. Video uploads, visual stimuli and creative tasks give participants the opportunity to respond in a considered, thoughtful manner.

You’ll be able to grips with the simple, intuitive layout that encourages in-depth feedback in a structured, single page. To get started, you’ll need to accept cookies from Adobe, and click on the video upload option that appears underneath the first question.

One-Off or Recurring Feedback Cards
This demo follows the example of a FMCG brand looking to collect feedback from customers who have recently purchased and used one of their products. Prior to arriving on this screen, participants will have received an email notification when the task launched and would be able to access the report card via the platform navigation bar, My Tasks list and platform homepage widgets.
The interactive mockup is based on the participant view. Admins and moderators of the platform will also be able to access these screens, but will have additional access and can privately prompt or chat with participants based on their answers. Tool admins will also be able to edit the tasks and download responses from the InsightHub backroom.
There is only one screen that forms this demo. This is because, unlike surveys, report cards are designed to be a single page format. This makes it easy for both participant and researchers to gauge the level of investment required to complete the task and proceed in a structured manner. In general, Report CardMR tasks are relatively short, though can be extended.
In this case, the task consists of four questions. The first asks participants to upload a video of themselves discussing the product as they found it on the shelf in addition to using the it after purchase. Video vox-pops can be in-the-moment or reflective depending on the research need.
After this question, a scale, multiple choice and open-ended text question are asked. Once a participant has completed the report card, they receive a thank you message and are redirected back to the platform homepage. Depending on whether the report card is setup as a recurring or one-off task, it may still be visible to the participant to complete again when they meet the criteria.
If you click on a non-interactive area of the mockup, any areas that you can click on in the current screen will be highlighted and flash blue.
Our interactive demos provide a space to click through and explore the basic functionality of each tool within the InsightHub platform. These offer a representative example of the screens and features – helping you become accustomed to the layout without the need to sign up to a trial platform. Some sequences have been shortened and the content used within these demos are based on our mock consumer goods, financial service and fashion brands.
