Laura Butterworth Shortlisted for MRS Future Operations Leader Award

FlexMR is pleased to announce that Senior Client Support Specialist, Laura Butterworth has been shortlisted for the MRS Future Operations Leader Award 2024. Since joining the company as a Research Associate in 2017, Laura has become a critical part of the FlexMR Help Desk, and later Client Support, teams. Today, she serves an an Onboarding Specialist - helping new clients set up, understand and get the most out of their InsightHub platforms.

Prior to joining FlexMR, Laura Graduated from the University of Chester with a degree in Psychology. She has also worked as a Client and Community Profile Researcher for Liverpool Central Citizens Advice Bureau, and volunteered extensively with our local charity partner - St Johns Hospice. Her nomination is a reflection of the excellent client impact she delivers, and continued positive feedback.

The Future Operations Leader Award

The MRS Future Operations Leader award recognises and celebrates individuals working within the research industry in supporting roles. Whilst many awards focus on research and insight itself, all Oppies are designed to shine a spotlight on the hard work that goes on behind the scenes - from recruitment to data collection, training & development to interviewing, and much more.

A total of seven finalists have been selected for the Future Operations Leader award from a record number of entries. Laura faces stiff competition from rising stars at IPSOS, Angelfish Fieldwork, Smart Connect Fieldwork, Acumen Fieldwork, IFF Research and Strat7Incite.
