This achievement recognises Lily as one of the next-generation insight leaders, by connecting businesses across sectors to their customers and embedding the voice of the customer into decisions across industries.
Lily is one of just thirty young insight experts to make the prestigious list that was announced on 29th November 2024. Lily's expertise in building long-term partnerships with our clients bridges the gap between businesses and their customers and consistently inspires great insight-driven change within client companies.
Throughout her time at FlexMR, Lily has channelled her passion for helping people, her curiosity for fascinating insights, and her leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders, engage research participants and nurture her team's expertise to find the true drivers of her clients’ strategic success.
In her Significant Insights article, Lily explores her path into market research, the challenges she's encountered, the skills she believes make or break a successful career in insights, and lastly, Lily shares some fantastic advice for new researchers:
"I think it’s important to highlight that our sector should continue to be careful and considerate as we move forward. The insights community is currently embracing a lot of change in technology with the advent of artificial intelligence and synthetic data. While this is opening doors to all kinds of new market research applications, it also has the power to move the industry away from a very crucial idea: the person behind the insights. The customer, the consumer, the human being. We should continue to hold space for the person that informs our insights and guides business decisions and not lose sight of the individual. Without them, market research is powerless."
