For the first time in the firm’s history, FlexMR has been named as a finalist for the Premier Award for Operational Excellence at the Market Research Society’s Operations Awards, aka the ‘Oppies’. This award is dedicated to celebrating outstanding service and use of modern management techniques, and as such we are honoured to be among the seven finalists for this category.
The Market Research Society are celebrating their 10th anniversary for the Oppies, which recognises the operations professionals who are fundamental to keeping the research and insight industry running. To be shortlisted for their Premier Award for Operational Excellence means that FlexMR are now competing to win against some of the best insight teams in the insights sector.
The Premier Award for Operational Excellence
The Premier Award for Operational Excellence is one of ten awards to be handed out each year, and is based on an overall evaluation of an agency's research operations (both client-facing and behind the scenes). As mentioned above, it was created to recognise outstanding service and the use of modern management techniques aimed at improving efficiencies, promoting excellent quality and guaranteeing consistency of delivery.
FlexMR’s shortlisting for this prestigious category puts us in good company with the best in the industry, as FlexMR have been named a finalist alongside: Bulbshare, Cobalt Sky, IFF Research, Ipsos, RONIN and Yonder Data Solutions.
