FlexMR has been named as a finalist in the Market Research Society’s Operations Awards for the first time in the firm’s history, in the Best Online Qual award category.
The Market Research Society (MRS) have announced that FlexMR has been shortlisted for their Best Online Qual 2022 award in their Operations Awards. This marks the company’s first shortlist nomination for a prestigious MRS award, but speaks to the innovation and consistently high performing team. The MRS Operations Awards, or the Oppies as they are affectionately known within the industry, celebrate both of these achievements - innovative solutions and quality research results.
FlexMR is shortlisted alongside four other finalists for the Best Online Qual award: Acacia Avenue & Body Shop, Acacia Avenue & bp, Here I am Studio & Care International, and Verve & Shell. The nomination highlights the many strides forward FlexMR has taken to be at the forefront of our industry through recent technology developments and consistently high service scores, with our work focussing on staying close to clients and creative projects. For the past decade, FlexMR has been building the InsightHub platform – a centralised, collaborative space to conduct agile market research with easy-to-use tools, such as SurveyMR, Focus GroupMR, and more recently VideoMR and NumbersMR.
In the past two years, FlexMR have driven new value from hybrid working models and fostered more impactful partnerships with clients. The firm’s senior management team have curated, and now work closely with, a Client Advisory Board to steer the firm’s strategic direction and better align to industry needs. This has resulted in the company’s first integrated analysis and distribution suite for video data, plus the agile Close Connection Programme to facilitate quick conversations between customers and decision-makers.
This all contributed to an outstanding client satisfaction rating, as clients have commented that, “The communication was good from the team, and I was updated at every point. The project was turned around in a quick time frame, and we got useful insight from the output of the focus groups – the participants interacted with each other, and were prompted usefully.”
Paul Hudson, Chief Executive Officer of FlexMR, says, “It’s an honour to be shortlisted among many other, talented insight organisations and experts. Just to be shortlisted for this award is a great recognition of the great work that our teams do to create online solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Each team in FlexMR has worked hard to create new ways of supporting our clients and develop innovative tools and best practices that are already resulting in high quality, directly actionable insights.”
The winners of all MRS Operations Awards will be announced at the Oppies Party, which takes place at The Curtain in Shoreditch on 29th September 2022.
The MRS Operations Awards, or ‘Oppies’ as they have become affectionately known, are now in their ninth year. Like the part of the sector they celebrate, they continue to adapt and flex, but the judges still ultimately want to hear stories about innovative solutions, maintaining quality and standards and how you supported the people at the forefront of research.
