FlexMR’s Chief Marketing Officer, Christopher Martin, has been named a finalist for the Prolific North Champions Awards 2022 as a Young Outstanding Contributor to The North.

For Immediate Release: 14th April 2022; London, UK.

Today, Prolific North have announced the shortlist for the 2022 Champions Awards. We are pleased to announce that FlexMR Chief Marketing Officer, Christopher Martin, has been selected as a finalist in the Young Outstanding Contributor to The North category. This accolade, and the full roster of awards, recognise the organisations, teams and individuals putting the north on the map in the creative and digital sectors.

There are a variety of categories in this year’s awards, from Independent Agency and Tech Company of the Year to B2B Campaign and Web Development Project of the Year. Chris’ nomination falls into the individual categories that take the time to celebrate individual people who have made a difference within their organisation, whilst pioneering innovation and creativity in the North of the UK. Alongside Chris there are 17 other finalists, including Osilla Balint, Milimo Banji, Emma Rogers, and Jessica Pardoe.

Chris’ nomination states “As Chief Marketing Officer for FlexMR, Chris has been integral to the growth and success of the Cumbria-based agency. His input on market strategy, brand position, product development and client communication has led to consistent year-on-year revenue growth in addition to global agency recognition as a GRIT Top #50 innovative agency.”

His profile further showcases specific achievements, such as leading our award-winning Insights as Art campaign, his increasingly popular MRX Lab podcast, and his role in building and delivering robust DE&I commitments for FlexMR.

Chris Martin, Chief Marketing Officer and award finalist, says, “It’s an honour to be shortlisted among so many young, talented individuals – all making a significant impact on the digital and tech landscape. I have seriously enjoyed being a part of the success and growth of FlexMR, and very much look forward to the upcoming chapters of our journey. Good luck to all the nominees, let’s celebrate the North together.”

The winners for each category are decided by a combination of judges' scores and the public vote. There are 22 judges for the event, including:
