FlexMR, the technology-led insight agency, has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Market Research Supplier of the Year (2019 Revenue Below $10 Million) honour in Quirk’s Marketing Research and Insight Excellence Awards.
The winner of this category is to be announced at the virtual ceremony on 9th November 2020. All finalists in this category have demonstrated a commitment to quality work, client service and business performance.
For FlexMR, this represents the culmination of a record year. The firm has achieved significant growth, and focused heavily on efforts to deepen the strategic value it provides to clients. The other nominees in this category are Catalyx, Eyesee, and Sklar Wilton & Associates.

Over the past year, the firm has made major improvements to its proprietary platform - InsightHub. The development team released the platform's first dedicated analysis tool, NumbersMR, which enables clients to manipulate and analyse data from multiple sources. Additionally, the firm's SurveyMR tool has been rebuilt from the ground up in order to deliver a revolutionary new user experience, based on flowchart scripting interfaces.
In the consultative arm of the business, FlexMR released a new line of Empowerment Services – designed in tandem with client feedback to take research further. Additionally, the launch of a new Help Desk, Client Success team and Onboarding team have offered additional value to existing and new clients.
