On 16th November 2022, FlexMR is hosting their final roundtable of the year at 3pm. Lasting 90 minutes, the topic of this online roundtable will be all about how insight teams create agile and efficient research experiences. The roundtable will be hosted by FlexMR’s Research Director, Maria Twigge and be attended by insight experts from a variety of industries.
This invite-only event will provide a great forum for valuable discussions and shared innovations, all focussed on how our group of insight experts navigate the challenges encountered within their organisations and industries to create a truly impactful research experience. Agile research and efficiency are two of the most talked about challenges and goals in market research at this time, but getting real insight into how insight experts encounter these in their own roles is crucial to helping the entire industry take advantage of both goals.

How do we make the best use of our limited time and resources as a researcher? This is a question that will forever continue to plague insight teams as new technologies, methodologies and priorities come into play, however, finding even a temporary answer will point us in the direction of how to conduct efficient and agile research experiences.
In a perfect world, insights would be heralded by stakeholders everywhere as the keys to making the right decisions every single time, but that will never be as long as there are some stakeholders that take issue with the length of time it takes to generate high-quality insights. So, there are some insight teams that are stuck with limited resources and time trying to figure out ways to make research experiences more efficient and agile.
So far, we have come up with a few ways to transform qualitative and quantitative research into more agile and efficient versions of themselves, however, there is still a way to go before insight teams have access to all the information and technology needed to create impactful research experiences without compromising on the quality of insights generated. Creating spaces in which insight practitioners can share their experiences and opinions on methodologies and experiments taking place right now in other organisations can only be a boon that will help other insight experts get further on the path to achieving their goal.
