Gareth Bowden Recognised as Greenbook Future Leader

FlexMR’s Head of Operations, Gareth Bowden, has been nominated and honored in GreenBook’s prestigious GreenbookFuture List, which is awarded by a panel of independent judges.

GreenBook have announced their next generation of insight leaders in the 2022 Insights Practice edition of the GRIT Report. The Future List recognizes leadership, professional growth, personal integrity, passion, and excellence in the next generation of consumer insights and marketing professionals within the first ten years of their careers.

Gareth’s initial nomination for the GRIT Future List was announced in the 2022 Future List in early February, with over a hundred finalists ranging from associates and strategists all the way up to CEO’s and Founders. Gareth Bowden is one of just 16 rising leaders who won this award.

This award celebrates Gareth’s innovative leadership skills, and is a testament to his efforts in revolutionizing the strategies and processes throughout the organization to increase efficiency and effectiveness with every decision and action made.

In 2020, FlexMR’s former Head of Research & Insight, Amy Greenwood, also won the award following her tenure in the insights industry, her experience conducting high-profile global research to an impressively high standard, and advocacy for career progression and the success that comes from team cohesion and employee wellbeing.

Gareth has been instrumental in developing and introducing new ways of working for our insight team. He has introduced robust Diversity, Equality and Inclusion commitments, improved professional development pathways and implemented new policies to increase the corporate social responsibility. All of Gareth’s efforts have helped improve business practices to promote a friendly, supportive environment where everyone is empowered to achieve their potential.
