FlexMR to Explore Customer Closeness at Consumer Qual Summit

Written by Emily James | 15 May

On 6th July 2023, FlexMR Chief Sales Officer Maria Twigge and Head of Insight Charlotte Duff will take to the stage as part of the MRS Consumer Qual 2023 Summit. This online conference places customers front and centre. And at 1:30pm, that’s exactly what we’ll be doing. In a presentation that draws on an important parallel between marketing and research, we’ll examine how insight professionals can build a culture of customer salience to put data at the heart of every decision.

In particular, the presentation will draw on creative uses of storytelling and presentation formats. We’ll share how FlexMR have transformed complex qualitative insight into works of art that stick with stakeholders, developed customer closeness programmes that stimulate action and built the next generation of collaborative research technology.

FlexMR are the primary sponsors of the Consumer Qual Summit, in which you'll also be able to hear how KFC is blending mobile ethnography with behavioural science to enhance customer experience, The Department for Transport is combining creative qual with neuroscience to unlock consumer views on new technologies, M&S is turning to qual to support big, strategic decision making, Southern Water is using collaborative qual to tackle complex societal issues and influence behaviour change and much more.

There will be further presentations from The Reuters Institute of Journalism, Greene King Pubs, Unilever and KIA. The summit will be chaired by Tom Woodnutt of Feeling Mutual.
