This face to face conference will shine a spotlight on compelling narratives and insight that inspires change. Hosted at the Radisson Blu Edwardian London, attendees will hear from Mars, Nationwide, UKTV, Pernod Ricard, Samworth Brothers, Colart, Scientific Games and many more.
Maria will be sharing how can researchers help decision-makers create their own, data-driven narratives about customers that support their day-to-day roles. In this practical session, you'll learn the role of collaborative storytelling in delivering impactful insight that sticks. We'll share examples of asynchronous, online collaboration, reporting styles that draw on pattern interruption and the steps insight pros can take to build successful customer connection programmes.
