FlexMR is delighted to be both attending and speaking at Quirk’s London 2026, taking place on 6–7 May. Visit the team at Booth 510 to connect, explore the latest in insight innovation and discuss how to build stronger customer-centric organisations.
During the event, Paul Hudson will take to the stage during the event to present: Decision-Making, Rewired: The Customer Salience Advantage
Today’s customers expect more than great products. They demand seamless, personalised and values-driven experiences. Yet while expectations have evolved, organisational decision-making has struggled to keep pace. Despite widespread belief in the importance of customer-centricity, very few organisations successfully embed it into how decisions are made.
In this session, Paul will argue that insight alone is no longer enough. Instead, organisations must fundamentally rewire decision-making to close the gap between customer understanding and commercial outcomes.
Introducing Customer Salience as a practical framework, Paul will explore how businesses can build decision communities - groups of senior leaders who champion the customer voice, create structured feedback loops and integrate insight into strategic conversations. From customer boards and sprint reviews to intelligence forums and closeness initiatives, this session provides a blueprint for transforming insight into active influence.
Members of the FlexMR team, including Maria Twigge, Ed Hill and Hannah McGeoghegan, will be attending throughout the event. Join them at Booth 510 to connect with fellow insight professionals, discuss emerging challenges and opportunities, and explore how to embed Customer Salience in your organisation.
