Insights empowerment company FlexMR has launched a brand-new programme that facilitates agile sprint reviews in client research experiences – encouraging continuous research over project-based.
FlexMR has launched a brand-new service based on the agile development practice of sprint reviews. The Sprint Review Service is designed to mimic the same format development sprint reviews take, transforming the typical project-based research experience with continuous streams of research with regular check-ins, adjustments and debriefs. This programme will revolve around the use of the firm’s insight activation tool, ActivateMR, which enables researchers to curate and communicate insights in creative and engaging ways.
This new programme will help client insight teams reframe the concept of market research and prove value in little ways every day rather than after a project in a large debrief. With the new Sprint Review Service insight teams can engage stakeholders in research more often and encourage collaboration, leveraging stakeholder knowledge to fuel more relevant research experiences in the long run. This programme is not designed to replace debriefs altogether, as debriefs are still valuable tools connecting stakeholders to current research projects; rather the programme creates additional touchpoints and opportunities to communicate real-time insights, edit research tasks and trajectory based on current stakeholder challenges, and close the feedback loop quicker than ever before.
