The MRX Lab podcast, hosted by FlexMR Chief Marketing Officer, Chris Martin, explores topics on the fringes of the insights industry.
FlexMR’s market research podcast, the MRX Lab, has been shortlisted for Market Research Podcast of the Year 2021. Awarded by Little Bird Marketing in partnership with GreenBook, the MRX Lab is one of 20 nominees, alongside Our Best Behaviour, Reel Talk and previous winners Inside Insights.
The MRX Lab podcast was created in 2020 and is now well into a third season. In recent episodes, the show has explored the topics of motivational interviewing, building trust in market research, how insight is informing the future of podcasts and the impending age of customer empowerment.

Chris has been joined by a number of guests who have provided their own experienced insight into the world of market research. Tommy Walters from Acast, Mike Stevens from Insight Platforms, Jack Gorman of Critica and Andy Smith from NFU Mutual have all joined for the show’s third season. Remaining episodes in this season will focus on the role of data engineering, creative applications of focus groups and navigating the growing research technology stack.
