This unique event is designed to help you break out of the day-to-day grind, see the big picture and build the tools that act as a launchpad for customer-centricity. Together, we’ll connect customers, data points, teams, and ideas - building a shared understanding that’s greater than the sum of its parts. A new guiding star researchers. The event is scheduled to begin at 12:30 and last for four hours. The conclusion of the masterclass will be followed by a journey through the solar system at the UK's only 3D planetarium, facilitated by an expert guide.  A Voyage of Customer Discovery Through inspiring keynotes and interactive workshops, this evevent will help you to map connections between siloed data using systems thinking, facilitate cross-stakeholder dialogue through insight, and design high-impact methods to embed insight in everyday workflows. The masterclass is hosted by the winners of the 2024 AURA Best Agency Speaker award, includes lunch and access to one of the most memorable venues in the South West. So, what should you expect? After an introduction from FlexMR CEO, Paul Hudson, you'll work your way through three distinct activities: - **The Telescope - Use** systems thinking to map hidden connections between customers, data and teams. This activity is designed to help you zoom out and identify insight gaps and overlaps across business units. - **The Observatory **- Practice collaborative insight-building through roleplay and facilitated conversation. This will give you hands on experience with key methods for creating insight dialogue between teams or stakeholders  - **The Navigation Room **- Design lightweight insight beacons that make insights visible and usable every day.
