Showcase your experiences in Customer Salience at the next Customer Salience Summit on 7th October 2025. The Customer Salience Summit is an opportunity to illustrate your activity, success stories, lessons from failures, and more to over 100 insight, marketing and business professionals at the RSA House in London.
The 2024 Customer Salience Summit was a resounding success, with current feedback scoring attendee satisfaction at an amazing 9.7/10.
We are now accepting submissions for original experiences, research, workshops and real-world case studies that demonstrate how insight teams can deliver long-term value and create cultures of Customer Salience. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to: stakeholder engagement strategies, company-wide insights stories of insight activation, ways in which you've challenged industry norms, methods of connecting customers to stakeholders, and examples of collaboration on customer-led transformation.
Submission Guidelines
If you have a paper you would like to submit for the Customer Salience Summit 2025, please submit a brief abstract to chris.martin@flexmr.net by 20th December 2024 including the following details:
- A proposed title and synopsis of no more than 250 words
- A 500-word explanation on how your submission will provide value to attendees
- Whether your proposed session will include an audience Q&A
- Whether your session is a presentation, panel or workshop format
- Contact details: your name, role, the company you work for, and email address.
All sessions will be 30 minutes long, and we have limited slots available. Each submission will be considered equally. Whilst we welcome submissions from agency and client-side practioners, all sessions must include at least one clientside presenter.
