FlexMR Expands ActivateMR Capabilities with Launch of ‘Actions’ Feature

ActivateMR Actions is a new feature of the FlexMR InsightHub platform which transforms research findings into tangible next steps. With this launch, the firm aims to ensure that insights live not only in reports but are embedded into organisational processes and day-to-day decision-making.

Today, FlexMR have announced the launch of ActivateMR Actions on the firm’s InsightHub platform. Designed to bring insight to life within organisational and operational processes, this new feature enables users to directly assign tasks to decision-makers from within reports and boards. It represents the latest effort from the company to facilitate insight-driven decisions and empower research teams with tools that extend impact beyond the debrief. Developed to embed Customer Salience across organisations, ActivateMR Actions is available to all FlexMR clients immediately.

ActivateMR is the flagship reporting and collaboration tool within InsightHub. Boards built with the tool are comprised of tiles upon which a diverse range of data sources can be placed. ActivateMR boards support the sharing of real-time charts, images, videos and more. This versatility, combined with the commenting capabilities, is driving changes in reporting standards. It brings stakeholders and decision-makers along on the interactive journey of research, facilitating customer understanding, data fluency, and creating new opportunities for conversation. Actions bring these conversations out of the tool and into the processes that exist within an organisation.

Once a board is created, both insight teams and business stakeholders can create and assign Actions based on key points raised within tiles, ensuring important recommendations are tracked and implemented. Each Action includes a task description, assignee, deadline, and status, while a Summary provides visibility and accountability across all tasks. Assigned users receive email and push notifications when Actions are created or updated, providing a strong prompt for engagement.

Through the introduction of ActivateMR Actions on InsightHub, insights can now live beyond reports - entering decision-making spaces across teams and departments. By connecting insight to implementation, the new feature empowers organisations to ensure that research findings directly inform change, extend the lifespan of insights, and embed insight teams as active participants in strategic discussions.
