FlexMR have hired four staff in the past month, supporting growth and appointing new members of the firm’s research, development and sales teams.
FlexMR is pleased to welcome Lily Nawara, Hannah McGeoghegan, Kris Hamilton and Charisma Agyemang to a fast-growing team. This announcement follows the appointment of Lucy Bridges to the firm’s Help Desk team earlier in 2022. In line with recent growth, this represents an expansion of the firm’s research, technology development and sales teams.
Lily has been brought on as a Research Associate within the research team, using her anthropology degree and experience in mystery shopper research to create top-notch, human-centric research experiences for both stakeholders and research participants.
Hannah McGeoghegan arrives into an entirely new role at FlexMR as Participant Engagement Manager, where she will work with insight professionals, stakeholders and participants to ensure that InsightHub platforms and research projects alike are achieving market-leading response rates.
Kris Hamilton also joins FlexMR in a new role, as Scrum Master in firm’s technology development team. As Scrum Master, Kris will help the team to enhance and streamline their working processes to achieve their goals in a more agile manner.
Charisma Agyemang has joined the FlexMR sales team as a Business Development Representative. He will work closely with insight professionals across a range of industries to streamline, scale and supercharge market research programmes for a competitive, modern business environment.

I am passionate about helping organisations navigate complexity which ultimately leads to cultivating healthy, organic and pragmatic growth, which is exactly what I’ll be doing in the development team at FlexMR.”
This expansion of the sales, research and development teams focusses on specific roles to help support the continual progress and success of the company; these roles in particular will work towards supporting agile operations and enrich the research experience for stakeholders, respondents and insight teams alike.
