Hosted by Research Director, Maria Twigge, this interactive discussion for FlexMR clients will be held virtually on Zoom at 3:45pm (GMT) and will last approximately 75 minutes.  While the research methods and tools can vary widely, all insight departments must have a guiding strategy at their core. This framework lays out how research is conducted and, most importantly, interacts with other business functions. But what makes an effective strategy? And how can it be used to grow the role of insights within a business? These are the questions we will be answering in this roundtable session. ### Insight Strategy Roundtable To understand what makes a strong and impactful strategy, it's important to consider a wide variety of views. This roundtable is not a presentation, and it is not a webinar. Instead, the session is designed to act as an interactive forum to discuss best practice, core strategic elements and previous experience. The online event will follow the structure laid out below: - A brief introduction to insight strategies and metrics for success - An opportunity for roundtable participants to make introductions - A focused discussion led by FlexMR Research Director, Maria Twigge - Summary points, key takeaways and conclusion Building the perfect insights strategy that drives informed decision making is something of a holy grail for market research professionals.
