FlexMR, The Insights Empowerment Company, ranked #44 on the 2021 annual Greenbook GRIT Most Innovative Suppliers list.
Every year, leading market research publication Greenbook, survey suppliers and buyers across the insights industry to compile the most comprehensive strategic planning tool available – the GRIT Report. This year, over 3,000 industry peers took part in the annual survey to create a complete snapshot of the sector.
Included within this annual report is the coveted GRIT 50 List. This list seeks to identify the firms that are successfully embedding innovation into their brand, capturing both mind and market share as a result. FlexMR are proud to have debuted at #44 on the 2021 list, in addition to ranking #23 in the technology providers category and #15 in the qualitative research category.

FlexMR has launched a range of new updates to the InsightHub platform and service offering across the past year. New technology releases have included an integrated tool for video focus groups and in-depth interviews, continuous upgrades to the firm’s flowchart-based survey scripting tool, as well as an in-browser tool for curating and editing video captured from across the platform.
The firm also has plans to introduce a sweeping selection new services, in response to emerging industry needs. The first of these, Video Close Connections, was launched in June 2021 and aims to bring stakeholders closer to customers in a direct, impactful and interactive environment.
