On 1st February 2023, FlexMR will co-host a roundtable style event with the Market Research Society (MRS). The event will be chaired by FlexMR CEO Paul Hudson, with guest speaker and MRS CEO Jane Frost. Over the course of the afternoon, attendees will join a small working group of industry peers to discuss current challenges, share best practices and develop new ideas.
The event will take place in Lancaster city centre at the digital, tech and creative hub Fraser House. Over the course of the afternoon, the event will explore the modern decision-making organisation - and the role of insight within it.
Because today's insight professionals aren't just expert researchers. We’ve adapted to the modern business environment, embracing all forms of feedback. We’ve grown fluent in the language of CX, UX and big data. We interpret, analyse and tell stories. Most importantly of all, we represent customers in both quantitative detail and technicolour qual.
