FlexMR promotes four in preparation for further growth

After another strong year of business, the North West based market research firm, FlexMR, have announced the promotion of four dedicated researchers: Amy Eborall, Iulia Ghindeanu, Mayra Munguia and Grayling Ferguson. These promotions have enabled FlexMR to introduce a new Client Helpdesk that will work to deliver enhanced client support for the company’s online research platforms.
Grayling Ferguson has been promoted from Senior Project Manager to Helpdesk Manager, through which she will manage the newly formed helpdesk function. This has been created in order to better support customer queries at a faster pace. Helpdesk staff will support clients who wish to use FlexMR’s various online research tools themselves, and will be open from 8am to 10pm (UK) every Monday to Friday.
The company believes that, due to the extended hours, this helpdesk will be able to more effectively support a growing international client base as well as existing UK clients.
Grayling explains that, “The new FlexMR helpdesk will make it easier for clients to contact us if they have a problem and get a response faster. Importantly, the helpdesk will allow us to deliver a better degree of customer service in a more streamlined and efficient way.”
Amy Eborall, who has managed key client projects for over 6 years, has been promoted to Head of Research and Insight. This new role is crucial to supporting the expansion of the FlexMR research team and its extended remit.
Iulia Ghindeanu, formerly a Senior Research Associate, and Mayra Munguia, formerly a Project Manager, have both been promoted to Insight Managers. These two new Insight Managers will now work alongside Charlotte Pearson-Duff and under the guidance of Amy to ensure that FlexMR are delivering the best support and service possible to all clients.

In addition to the recent promotions, FlexMR are also looking to recruit three more talented individuals to join the research and helpdesk teams as the company continues to grow. One of these positions will be available in the research team, and two within the Helpdesk team.
