The Rapid Response service from FlexMR aims to answer the kind of questions that often get left behind. Too small to form part of a strategic insight project, but nonetheless important to operational decision making. This launch follows in a string of new service innovations from the team – each designed to help research teams empower insights.
The new service offers access to a flexible, on-demand resource that works at the level of questions, not projects. And our quick turnaround delivers answers, vetted by a team of expert researchers, in a matter of hours or days. We believe this offers a distinct advantage over existing market solutions based on automated technology – combining the speed of online research with human oversight for guaranteed quality.

Initial service set up: before service provision begins, FlexMR experts arrange introductory sessions to discuss how the client-side team can make the most of the rapid service response service, and offer best practice advice on how to integrate the service into their existing research operations.
Rapid Response Requests: To keep the briefing process quick and easy, FlexMR will provide access to an online form that takes no more than ten minutes to complete. Whenever a rapid response request arises, fill out the form and FlexMR’s research team will take care of the rest.
Fieldwork and Results: Upon receiving a complete form, a member of the FlexMR team will reach out and clarify outstanding questions and confirm timescales. Then, FlexMR will recruit, design, field and send across results within the agreed timeframe for analysis and distribution.

The Rapid Response Service operates through FlexMR’s InsightHub research platform, which hosts the tools necessary for the service to run. The service offers access to qualitative and quantitative questions collected by quick polls, smartboards, forums and surveys. Rapid response surveys can also include video questions for direct and emotive customer engagement. Outputs are provided via the platform’s two real-time data libraries NumbersMR and VideoMR, while more complex text data sets are delivered in slide format.
