This crowning achievement follows the duo's performance at the FlexMR x AURA joint masterclasses on Customer Salience in 2023 that averaged an audience feedback score of 9.6.
Hosted in London and Manchester, these events spent an afternoon exploring the 4C model of Customer Salience that helps research teams put customers at the heart of more decisions across the business. Through interactive activities, participants built unique and tailored plans for how to challenge persisting norms, create new programmes of insight, connect customers with stakeholders, and collaborate on delivery.
