Technology led insight agency, FlexMR, has today launched a new line of services designed to empower research teams to educate, embed and promote the role of insights across departments. Building on the momentum of the firm’s recent software releases, the services, split into three streams, aim to drive insight led cultures, energise decision making processes and deliver tangible value.
A key element of the agency’s new offering is the development of bespoke, branded research playbooks. The result of in-depth consultancy with senior stakeholders, research playbooks take a top-down approach to demonstrating how individual research tasks contribute to wider cross-functional projects and, ultimately, achieving key business objectives.
