Innovation Showcase: Surveys, Video and Creative Reporting
FlexMR’s CEO, Paul Hudson, is hosting a webinar dedicated to showcasing the innovative tools, features, and projects that all teams within FlexMR have worked hard towards creating over the past year. This webinar will be held every two weeks, with the first webinar starting on Monday 19th April 2021 at 4pm (BST).
A Focus on Innovation
With innovation firmly in the minds of insight teams and celebrated everywhere, we’ve created a webinar event to celebrate our own achievements. In this showcase, we are going to focus on three such innovative achievements:
Survey scripting has been a systematic, programmatic task that confounds the mind when first getting to grips with it. And each tool has it’s own language that insight professionals need to familiarise themselves with before they can proclaim success. But what if there was a simpler way?
That question is what we have set out to answer – and our answer is yes. Our first innovative achievement is the creation of a tool that uses a universally understandable flowchart-based design.
Video is a great tool that has the potential to enhance the power of data generated in a number of tools. One of the innovations the industry has been working towards for a few years now, is how to combine video with other tools such as surveys and focus groups - we have found a way to do just that.
In this section, Paul will introduce two new video developments coming to the InsightHub platform, including a new survey question type and integrated analysis tool. This new tool brings a comprehensive library plus editing and sharing capabilities for video captured across the platform into one agile space.
This is one of the under-innovated areas of market research. With the number of graphs, charts, and data tables in reports today, stakeholders are used to looking at the same thing from insights teams day in, day out.
At FlexMR, we have been experimenting with creative reporting methods, and have found an abstract link between the quantitative data and abstract reporting that stimulates though-provoking conversations and influences important decisions.
After the initial showcases, there will be a 15-minute interactive discussion where any questions the audience have will be answered, any interesting thoughts can be discussed, and other conversations sparked from the showcase will occur.
